Is there a website that will let me check the cheapest dates in hotels throughout europe?

I've always appreciated how you are able to see the cheapest flights for any single month with skyscanner. Is there something that will let me do the same for hotels?
Sometimes, adjusting the date by a couple of days gives me way cheaper rooms at the same hotel. Yet, I am still to find a website or an app that automatically gives you the best price.
Does it even exist? How do you guys find the cheapest hotels?
Edit: I don't know I'm making myself clear. I want a website that can allow for very flexible dates within one or even more months.
I just want to know which days are cheapest if, for example, I want to spend any 3 days somewhere without having to manually check every possible 3 day combination.
